For Weddings, Events, Group Overnight Lodging, and Individual Overnight Accommodations, Eden West Ranch offers a step back in time to a Southern Colorado stay with timeless beauty.
Nestled between sections of the San Isabel National Forest with magnificent views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, Eden West Ranch at 7000 feet sits on 192 acres with a section of Texas Creek flowing year-round, growing lavender fields, and peaceful accommodations surrounded by lush summer green lawns. We are 6 miles from the Arkansas River and bordered by BLM Land for all your outdoor activities.  Nearby towns offer many shopping and dining attractions, with the Royal Gorge Park a short drive away.  Check out our Area Guide to plan your stay with us.

Originally a working cattle ranch beginning in the early 1940's by William P. Hoffman, a stock broker from New York, upon his retirement, Eden West has been many things and enjoyed it's share of notoriety. The Lodge, a beautiful 6,000 square foot log house, has hosted visitors such as Liberace (pianist), Kay Starr (pop/jazz singer), and Jane Fonda (actress), who stayed in one of our cabins during the filming of "Comes a Horseman" in 1978.

Voted the "Prettiest Place in the Country" in the Aug/Sept 1980 edition of "Farm and Ranch Living" magazine.

Beautiful mountain views and lush lawns provide the perfect, secluded venue for your outdoor wedding for 100 guests.  Our 1200 plant adjacent lavender field blooming July through August contrasts beautifully with the surrounding rocky peaks.  Enjoy lawn games, fishing Texas Creek, or a group hike as pre-wedding festivities. Tours given year-round by appointment only.  Our Dining Hall seats comfortably 75 guests for a Rehearsal Dinner, or reserve separately for your private, special event.

Overnight accommodations feature the Lodge (sleeps 2 to 8), Riser Cabin (sleeps 6-7), Chalet Cabin (sleeps 2 to 6), and Ranch House (sleeps 10.
